That being said, here are several strategies to find yourself:
Be mindful of your surroundings. I could ramble on about mindfulness for hours, but by being in the moment, you’re able to focus on yourself. You’re learning more about what you like and how you react to things!
Get rid of anyone bringing you down. Everyone encounters someone who just brings them down. Self discovery is harder when dealing with someone who makes you feel poorly about yourself. Learn to get rid of toxic people and start listening to yourself.
Trust your gut. Your intuition is powerful. In the olden days, people would listen to their gut to tell them if something was wrong, or how to make a decision. You know best. Trust your gut!
